| Absorbetech Environmental, a subsidiary of the listed BEE company Nkunzi Chemicals. We are situated
in the industrial area Mahogany Ridge, Pinetown, on the N2, the main arterial to Johannesburg, in close proximity to the port of Durban, South Africa. This facilitates
exports worldwide and deliveries into the interior. These premises house the head office of the company and substantial warehousing facilities. We have offices and
warehousing in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Our staff compliment is sixty plus. We have recently acquired our ISO 9001 status. |

| Absorbetech Environmental under it’s former name SupaZorb Sales was the well established, world–wide distributor of a
South African hydrocarbon absorbent and bio-remedial product. The previous company was a subsidiary of the well known chemical importers Chemical and
Industrial Marketing. With the knowledge and expertise gained while in the industry a decision was made to continue to service our clients offering a new,
more efficient and reliable product. |

| We have recently increased our product range and in addition to the supply of this excellent environmentally friendly absorbent
we now have Bunded Pallets and Flooring, Spillcarts, Absorbent rolls and sheets, and Bio-degradable degreasers. |
